About

My name is Thierno Barry. I currently attend H.S. Health Professions and Human Services. l'm involved in MSA, the soccer team, and a program called Sponsors for Educational Opportunity. In school, l’m involved in sports and clubs like the MSA. I’ve been curious and open to trying new things to continue my growth as a person. To extend this path, I’ve been accepted into an Experiential Summer program where I will ride on horseback for miles across the terrain of Wyoming.

What I’m Raising Money For

As a person growing up in NYC, l’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing the thrill of riding a horse. This opportunity will allow me to learn about navigating, horsemanship, and will enhance my leadership skills. Your appreciated support will contribute to expenses, such as airfare, not covered by scholarship. Please don’t forget to spread the word!

Why You Should Give

Building a bond with an animal takes skills and patiences. I enjoy the company of an animals as I’ve always wanted to learn how to properly care for them. Stepping out of my comfort zone and begin placed in a new environment will challenge me to adopt to different people and will allow me to craft new experiences.
