About
SEO Scholars is a free eight-year academic program that gets underserved public high school students to and through college—with a 90% college graduation rate.
By the end of high school, SEO Scholars gain a year and a half of additional instruction in math and two and a half years of additional instruction in English.
100% of SEO Scholars are accepted to four-year colleges.
What I’m Raising Money For
11th Grade SEO Scholars are looking to participate in an Enrichment Program this summer, where they will access a variety of opportunities including traveling abroad, experiencing college life & rigor by attending a pre-college program, gaining an appreciation for the wilderness by exploring natural landscapes, or developing professional expertise by participating in a hands-on internship.
Your contribution will cover the cost of transportation, textbooks, camping gear, tuition, etc.
Why You Should Give
These Enrichment Programs are a chance for Scholars to leave their comfort zone, and ultimately help them build confidence, independence, and college-readiness! By lending your financial support, these Scholars will have access to the experience of a lifetime that they could not otherwise access.

I am a junior at Pace High School in New York City. I go to SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity), and this summer I will be traveling to Connecticut for an ecology enrichment program. I am raising money for the costs of food, travel, and any other things that may come up. Through this program, I will have an opportunity to conduct research and explore forest ecosystems.
