About
Hello, my name is Monika Dabrowska. I am a current junior at the High School of Economics and Finance in Manhattan. My passions include social politics, the sciences and immersing myself into the many cultures New York City has to offer. Besides my studies, I enjoy listening to a variety of music and reading.
What I’m Raising Money For
This summer I am one of the many SEO Scholars that are looking to participate in an enrichment program that will help them obtain a broader view of themselves as a person and what they would like to do going into the future. The money would go to helping me obtain my trip of going to St.Louis where I will be able to take part in an Anthropology course which will broaden my views of the human body and the many different cultures of the world. This trip would not only help me get a head start on what type of person I would be in college, but it would also help me progress into an independent person as I would be apart from my parents.
Why You Should Give
My trip to St.Louis is not the only reason you should donate. This is a community effort which helps promote all the SEO Scholars in our community to be able to participate in a rich and progressive environment that will help them grow as a person and prepare them for college and more. These programs are a chance for the scholars to leave their communities and explore the many different cultures the world has to offer, building character, confidence, and overall independence. By lending your financial support you will be one of the many that support our community experience a lifetime of opportunities that we would have never before.
