About

My name is Carlos Pineyro and I'm a junior at PACE high school. I am ambitious, confident and hardworking. I love being in a position where I am helping people and advocating for them when they are in need a well as being depended on and being a role model for others.I try to be there for my friends and make an impact on their lives. I constantly am trying to be my best self so that those around me can see what it looks like to constantly be striving and trying new things in life. Outside of school, I'm involved in Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, enjoy photography and working out.

What I’m Raising Money For

I'm raising money for the SEO Summer Enrichment Programs. As part of these programs, I and others will be developing new skills and obtaining new experiences through traveling abroad, taking college courses, and internships.Specifically, my summer EP will take place in Berlin, Germany where, for three weeks, I'll be studying Global Entrpruenualship which will include coursework in Business and the German language, as well as, internship experience with other companies. This will allow me to be well rounded and have a deeper understanding of companies in different countries. This will also help towards my long-term goal of being an entrepreneur and give me a hands-on experience.

I've worked really hard throughout my high school career to push myself and give back to others.Being able to experience this opportunity is something that can greatly benefit me in what I want to pursue in a career as well as being with others who share my ambitions and taking what I learn to my future career and building upon it.Experiencing this opportunity will set the path toward my future as I head into college.
