About
My name is Aisha and I am a junior at Urban Assembly School for Criminal Justice. During my free time, I enjoy reading and exploring new things. Last summer, I volunteered at the local pharmacy in my neighborhood and gained exposure to the medical field. In the future, I aspire to become a doctor and pursue a career in that field.
What I’m Raising Money For
The money raised will help support my participation in a 4 week travel abroad program to Egypt. I will attend a high school in Egypt and take classes in the STEM field. I plan to gain an insight on the medical field and STEM research.
Why You Should Give
To experience and be involved in a new community will allow me to adapt to new surroundings and prepare for real world practices. In college, I won't have the many people encounter when adjusting to campus life. In return, I will be a valuable aspect for my community with the knowledge that I'll gain in college which will elicit creativity and allow me to assist other people in the future.
