About
My name is Jazmine Ulloa, and I am a junior at Vanguard High School. I am apart of a program called SEO, which is a rigorous eight year program that allows minority students to receive opportunities that will allow them to be successful in their future. During my free time I enjoy singing, listening to music and coloring. I am very passionate about school and determined to always do my best in order to be successful later on in life.
What I’m Raising Money For
I am raising money to be able to travel abroad to Morocco, where I will be mentoring youth and raising social awareness to their right to an education. I am also raising money in order to give an opportunity to all scholars to travel abroad and have a chance to do an enrichment program (EP) over the summer. Also this fundraising is not only to give students the opportunity to participate in an EP now but also to give the students that come after me the same chance as well.
Why You Should Give
As a minority, opportunities like this come once in a lifetime. It is not everyday that a student like myself, would be able to travel abroad to a place like Morocco, and help other children gain a right to an education, No matter your background, age, or race; I believe everyone should have the right to an education. With your help, this can become reality!
