About
Hi my name is Jailee Mendo, I enjoy exploring different places where I have the opportunity to meet new people. I'm involved in many programs such as Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, cadets, and the in-school youth program. These all have enabled me to become a leader in my community, a better scholar, and help me prepare for the real world.
What I’m Raising Money For
I'm raising money to achieve my passion of traveling and exploring different places. The money will help support my participation in a summer travel abroad in France and a neighboring country. There I would have the opportunity to appreciate its art, learn about its history, understand the country's culture, and this opportunity will also assist me to reach one of my lifetime goals of learning french.
Why You Should Give
As a person who appreciates my culture, being a Hispanic, I would also like to see the places that i learn about in history class. Additionally, going to France has always been a dream of mine and I'd be very grateful of any contribution to make my dream come true. This is really a great opportunity that not everybody gets to have, and it would be great thank you!
