About
My name is Robina Afzal. I attend Urban Assembly School for Criminal Justice or UASCJ, and I am a junior. I love to learn, which is why I take multiple APs and College Now classes. I truly believe education is the path to success. I’m extremely passionate about mathematical concepts. Numbers amaze me, and I love to work with them. My passion for math drives me to aid others who might not understand it as well. This is why I choose to tutor my peers in Algebra. Math may be a strength, but writing is something I need to improve on.
What I’m Raising Money For
I am raising money for an academic program in upstate NY. It will allow me to take rigorous college courses, before I enter college. Not only will this pre-college program provide me with both a calculus and writing class, I will be allowed to reach my full potential by finally going away from my family. I will be granted the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends in a place away from home. I will leave a mark!
