About
My name is Tasnim Emu, and I am a junior at Urban Assembly Institute of Math and Science for Young Women. I enjoy writing and graphic designing in my free time. A lot of my time goes to Sponsors of Educational Opportunity (SEO) to prepare myself for college admissions. Additionally, I plan to study Aerospace Engineering in college.
What I’m Raising Money For
As a part of SEO, I have an exciting opportunity to travel to Guanajuato, Mexico to improve my Spanish and experience a different culture. The money raised will be used to support expenses for participating in the program. Please spread the word to make this a reality for me!
Why You Should Give
Going abroad this summer would be a life-changing experience for me because I will be challenged to get out of my comfort zone and learn new skills such as communicating in Spanish and connecting with people from a different background and perspective. Having undergone this program, I will be able to apply these different skills when I start college. I really appreciate your support for allowing me to enjoy this amazing experience!
