About

My name is Aaron Latrell DeCourte, and I'm a junior in high school. I love rapping, and hope to make music more lucrative than anything else i do as a career, and have the ability to turn my music into my career. Other than that I love to play video games, hang out with friends, go to parties, and overall, have a great teenage experience full of happy moments and lessons to be able to teach my kids, and later generations of my family.

What I’m Raising Money For

As you know, I am an artist. With success in the music industry comes minute details such as music videos and cover art. I am raising money to be able to attend a college arts program that will teach me graphic design and videography skills that I will be able to use to make higher quality aesthetics to go hand in hand with my music. To be more specific, I will learn how to use computer programs to create visual art that I will use as cover art for my music to give insight on what the song or project is based around. With the videography skills, I will be able to shoot videos that will bring my music to life and show what I'm talking about instead of people visualizing what they want to while hearing my music.

Why You Should Give

I feel like my music is very inspirational. One of the most dominant topics that I've talked about and will continue to talk about is making it in the music industry without all of the resources required, or the overwhelming support to keep you going. I feel like if one day I made it to the mainstream side of music, I would be an inspiration to kids in all fields, music or not. Through my collection of singles, mixtapes, EPs, and albums, I would express the message that no matter what the circumstances, you can make it in life.
