About

My name is Bassourou Gandega I am currently a junior at Bronx compass high school i plan on becoming an engineer someday, because I enjoy figuring out how things work . I am a student athlete. I play basketball which means going to practice everyday after school from 3:30-6:00 i am managing that while going to SEO(sponsors for educational opportunities) which is a rigorous program that I have to go to once during the weekday and on Saturday.all while keeping my average in the 90s

What I’m Raising Money For

I've been given the honor to be able to participate in a summer enrichment program which if i am able to go to i will have the chance to hike in the Appalachian mountains in a 2 week program that'l allow me to learn life lessons such as leadership skills, and how to survive in the wild

this program will give me an experience of a lifetime. since i don't get of out the city much if not at all it'll be a chance for me to spend my summer somewhere else learning important things for the future by helping me raise my goal you will be making a difference in a my life and for that I cant thank you enough
