About
My name is Salvador Galvan and I am currently a junior at the Bronx Center for Science and Mathematics. I love playing basketball, exercising, and meeting new people! When I am not engaging in these activities, I focus my energy on preparing myself for my collegiate career with SEO scholars.
What I’m Raising Money For
This summer, I have been given the amazing opportunity to experience the wonderful culture of Cologne, Germany. This will be my first time traveling without my family so it will help foster my independence, leadership skills, and network building abilities. Your funds will directly assist me with airfare and other expenses not included in the scholarship; therefore, any amount donated will be greatly appreciated.
Why You Should Give
I am a tenacious and diligent worker in all aspects of life and I would appreciate being able to embark on this once in a lifetime experience. I would really love to expand my horizons and get new insight on the world around me. Emerging myself in an unfamiliar environment will give me the right exposure to help prepare me for my college life in the coming years.
