About
Hello my name is Madeline Ortiz and I am a junior at Union Square Academy. I enjoy interning at a Law firm called Cleary Gottlieb where I am apart of the personal development team. Aside from school I also take college classes at Baruch College which is useful in giving me a sense of what college may be like.
What I’m Raising Money For
This summer for four weeks I will be living with a host family while strengthing my Spanish language skills in Uruguay. This opportunity will not only allow me to learn about a new culture but it will also aid me in working on my communication and self reliance skills to better prepare myself for college and beyond.
