About

SEO Scholars is a free eight-year academic program that gets undeserved public high school students in New York City to and through college—100% of SEO Scholars are accepted to four-year colleges. In addition, we receive 2.5+ years of instruction in English and 1.5+ years of instruction in math for SAT preparation, and take 720+ academic hours of ELA and math classes in addition to regular public school curriculum . I also devote 10+ hours of SAT Prep per week.

What I’m Raising Money For

I've been selected to a political science program at a prestigious university located in St.Louis, Maryland. I'm very driven by politics specifically focusing on issues that affect my community. The two issues I'm passionate about are gun violence and education inequity. These are important topics because these issues affect millions of people, and if there is no solution, or compromise to these problems, our society as a whole will slowly deteriorate which cannot happen.
