About
Hey my name is Rodery Gonzalez and I'm a current junior at Central Park Eat High School. During my free time I enjoy playing video games, playing sports, listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family. I'm an active student whose favorite subjects are math and science and is always willing to lend a hand.
What I’m Raising Money For
The money raised will help support my participation in a Summer Travel Abroad program in Albania. There I will be involved in the Albanian culture and become accustomed to their traditions, food, and lifestyle. Your appreciated support will not only be greatly appreciated but also contribute to expenses, such as airfare, not covered by scholarship. And please don't forget to spread the word!
Why You Should Give
America often regards Albania as a poor nation with not much to see. They feel that European life's unusual since they don'y truly know what out there. I want t be able to shift their mindsets. I want to be able to show the people of America that their opinions are invalid. Because of my interests in traveling and discovering new things, I feel that traveling to Albania would be a good way for me to develop as an individual. On top of this, I've always wanted to travel someplace across the world, so this would be my opportunity to experience and participate in a one in a lifetime program. It would be an unforgettable experience.
