My name is Isaac Nasir Sorina, I am 16 years old and I attend Harvey Milk High School. I like going on hikes, socializing with new people, singing, playing piano, and writing. When I get into college, I would like to major in history and musical theater and or English

What I’m Raising Money For

I have been nominated to attend an Experiential Program provided by SEO. SEO is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing minority students to prepare for the SAT's and college. The Experiential Program will take me to the Midwest (Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin) for 4 week to absorb the culture, and learn about the agriculture that's there as well.

Why You Should Give

As someone who has been raised in New York all of my life, I relish the opportunity to explore states I never would've thought to travel; It will help me gain a new perspective on different types of culture is suburban areas. Your critical support will help fund the program and cover my travel expenses. I believe with this program, it will be a trans formative experience that will propel me further towards college.
