About
My name is Brandon Bravo and I go to Bronx High School for Law and Community Service. I am a very proactive person since I just found my third club in high school. My clubs are the bodybuilding club, tutoring club, and politics club. In the bodybuilding club, I invite students from my school to go and exercise and become healthier. The tutoring club is for juniors to join and help freshmen in their academic success. Lastly, the politics club is to close the chasm between liberals and conservatives by creating an environment where there can be civil discussions. I created an environment where my peers and I can share our different views and perspectives and talk about current events. Additionally, I am currently looking for a scholarship because I am eager to learn about the business field.
What I’m Raising Money For
For my enrichment program, I will have the opportunity to head to a university for three weeks. There, I will be taking a statistics course where I will learn data analysis and the programming language R. Moreover, I will be making numerous valuable connections with business professors. Not only will I learn and make connections, but I will also learn how to become more independent and learn how to live on a college campus.
Why You Should Give
My desire is to be an entrepreneur when I grow up and going to this opportunity will allow me to learn crucial aspects of being an entrepreneur. Furthermore, I will learn how to make rational decisions when running a company. I hope that down the road, I will be in a position to help others accomplish their aspirations.
