About
After a very exciting spring season in the first-ever Champions League of the Norcal National Premier League against all of the other top teams of Northern California, our Red Star U15 Boys team came out in first place. This qualified us for the Western States Playoffs next month in San Diego, which involves the top 16 teams nationally from the West Coast, Texas, Southwest and Midwest. This is an incredible accomplishment for a soccer club our size that's not yet 10 years old. Along with our coach, we have worked really hard for the past two seasons to make it to this level.
What I’m Raising Money For
On May 21, we learned that we had qualified for Western States ENPL Playoffs in San Diego. The tournament takes place from June 29 to July 3. For many families on our team, there isn't enough time to save the money necessary to cover all of the expenses, which include transportation to San Diego, hotel rooms for 5 days and meals. This team has played together for many years. They are a unit, and we want everyone to be able to go. For this to happen, we need your help.
Why You Should Give
Along with our coach, Michael Renwick, we have worked really hard since last spring to qualify for the Norcal National Premier League, then win the league in the fall, then beat all of the other Norcal league winners to take first place in the Champions League. Please support us in having our full team take this journey to San Diego, giving us the best chance to compete against teams from all across the country and creating memories that will last our entire lives. By giving $25, $100 or $500, your paying for someone's hotel room or someone's gas or someone's food for the week...you're making this possible.
