About
Queens Rugby Club is a brand new youth rugby program located in Flushing, New York. We have both a boys and girls squad comprised of high school students from all over Queens.
What I’m Raising Money For
Rugby, like other travel sports, can be expensive and not all of the families on our team can afford the cost. We will use fundraising to help offset the cost of safety equipment, uniforms, tournament entry fees, and most importantly, scholarships for players unable to pay the mandatory USA Rugby insurance and registration fee.
Why You Should Give
As a brand new program, we have not been able to gain sponsorships from local businesses. We are turning to you; our families, friends, and rugby supporters to help us get started with proper uniform kits and safety equipment. Your donation, no matter how small, will help our program get started.
