Dear Family,
Thank you for supporting our school. Last year’s proceeds from our Race for Education, provided flexible seating to each classroom. We are so excited to share that this year, with the creation of our Advancement Council, our focus will not only be to enhance our school with additional support in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (S.T.E.A.M) but we also want to engage our community. One specific target is the purchase of new science textbooks. Our community has been celebrating and promoting Catholic education for over 168 years at St. Augustine Catholic School. Through many helping hands and generous donations, we have been able to sustain a legacy vision for providing rigorous academics rooted in our Catholic faith. Our enrollment is strong with most grades having a waiting list; available seats are limited. We celebrate over 56 new students joining our St. Augustine Catholic School family for the 2017-18 school year. Thank you for sharing the good happening at SAS.
Thank you for partnering with us in supporting our school through this fun student-centered, school community event. No donation is too small. Please know that during this campaign, we will be lifting our community and friends of SAS up in prayer. We hope to see you at our community barbeque on Race Day!
What I’m Raising Money For
We are raising money to help St. Augustine School maintain its strong academic reputation through the purchase of new text books, instructional supplies, professional development for the teachers and lab equipment.
Why You Should Give
Your donation will benefit St. Augustine Catholic School in proving resources to students now and in the future through an intentional focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (S.T.E.A.M). Funds will be allocated to providing instructional materials and teacher professional development needs in these areas.
